Initial Requirement
Health
Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill in the last 30 days. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health in order to be accepted. If your dog is not feeling well, i.e. vomiting or diarrhea, please do not bring him/her for training. In the event that your dog is ill, there will be no charge for cancellation.
Behavior
Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) have not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any person or other dog(s). Dogs that exhibit any aggressive behavior or show signs of excessive stress will be referred to an aggression specialist.
Collars and Harnesses
All dogs must have a properly fitted collar or harness with a name/id tag and must be on a leash. No metal, pinch, choke, beaded, or studded collars will be allowed.
Hours
Sessions will be held as scheduled.
Cancellation
Cancellations for training sessions with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee.
Changes
Our Policies, Procedures, Services, and Rates may change from time to time. We will attempt to notify you of these changes; however, it is ultimately your responsibility to check back on our website regularly so that you are aware of our most current Policies, Procedures, Services, and Rates. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Payment Options
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Payment is due when the Training Customer Agreement is signed. We do not bill customers or allow credit.
